What happen if the player doesn't get the desired rank?

In most cases, our players will achieve your desired rank. However, due to potential EA server issues or other unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee a 100% success rate. In such rare cases, we offer a cash refund for the difference between the rank you ordered and the rank achieved. For example, if you purchase Rank 1 for 80€ but only achieve Rank 2 (which costs 70€), you will receive a 10€ CASH refund via PayPal, Revolut or a coupon of the same amount.

If you request a refund without a specific reason, we will provide it in the form of store coupons that can be used for any future purchases on our platform. Cash refunds are not available in these cases. This policy ensures a fair and secure experience for all customers while allowing you to enjoy our services at any time.
