What´s the process?

1st- We receive your order. 2nd- We create a group chat in X with you & your assigned PRO player (you must be following @FUT25Boosting or have the DMs open) 3rd- We log in your account. 4th- The player will play when your turn arrives, the orders are made by chronologically order. 5th- We will notify you when the service is done so you can open the rewards. 6th- ENJOY!
What details do we require from you?

If you play on PlayStation (PS), we need your PSN login details (email and password). You can either disable 2FA authentication before the service starts or provide a backup code if necessary. Alternatively, you can log in via QR code if you prefer not to share your email and password. If you play on Xbox, we require your Xbox Network login details (email and password). You can either disable 2FA authentication before the service starts or provide a backup code if necessary. If you play on PC (Steam or Origin), we need your email and password. You can either disable 2FA authentication before the service starts or provide a backup code if necessary. Security Notice: We do not store any of your data in our system. Once the service is complete, our player will delete your account from their console/PC immediately. However, we are not responsible for any issues that may occur after the service is completed. For security reasons, we strongly recommend that you change your password after the service ends (unless you plan to use our service again soon).
When will my order be fulfilled?

We make the orders by chronological order, unless you buy express service. With that extra, you would jump the queue, and it will be delivered in MAXIMUM 16 hours. Throughout the process, you will have full access to communicate with our team and your assigned booster. That means that while the player is not playing you can play in your account without any problem as we will notify you when the player logs in and out.
What happen if the player doesn't get the desired rank?

In most cases, our players will achieve your desired rank. However, due to potential EA server issues or other unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee a 100% success rate. In such rare cases, we offer a cash refund for the difference between the rank you ordered and the rank achieved. For example, if you purchase Rank 1 for 80€ but only achieve Rank 2 (which costs 70€), you will receive a 10€ CASH refund via PayPal, Revolut or a coupon of the same amount.
Can I play while the player is not playing?

Yes! In other services you have to stay out of your console during the full weekend, but in UT Boosting you can play while the player isn't playing. We will notify you every time the player logs in and out, so don't worry about that!
