What happen if the player doesn't get the desired rank?
In most cases, our players will achieve your desired rank. However, due to potential EA server issues or other unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee a 100% success rate. In such rare cases, we offer a cash refund for the difference between the rank you ordered and the rank achieved. For example, if you purchase Rank 1 for 80€ but only achieve Rank 2 (which costs 70€), you will receive a 10€ CASH refund via PayPal, Revolut or a coupon of the same amount.

You can ask for a CASH refund if our player still didn't log in your account. When he logs in the service would be started and a refund isnt possible. We will give a coupon of the amount you paid that can be used in our platform. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact our support team!
